How to order?

When you are sure about the product that you want to purchase from us, visit our respective website.

Search of the medication that you want to purchase in the product list section.

Once you have selected the product, go to add it to the cart and add the medicine in that.

After filling the required information, select the mode of payment.

Pay for it online using the option provided there.

Customer care executive will help you to explain about the process and they will verify the details.

Finally shipping is done to the shipping address. You can get your product within notified time-frame.

How to make payment?

There are 2 ways: "E-Check Secure Payment Method "and " other payment option".

 E-check is applicable only for US customer, where you need to type Bank Name, Customer Name, Account Number, Telephone Number, Routing Number and Check Number. In this case, concerning bank executive will contact you regarding the confirmation of your payment and you need to confirm the payment process. E-check requires two days for clearing check, and once your check is cleared we will complete your shipping process.

Through other payment method, our customer care executive will contact you and provide you the account details of western union where you need to transfer the money as mentioned in your order. Once the payment is received we will ship your product.  

How to track my order?

When your order is confirmed and a new order ID is generated, you will receive a conformation email that contain your order number, tracking number and other details regarding your order. To know the location of your order you need to call our customer call executive and provide your tracking number to them. Through this number our customer care executive will provide you the detail information of your product and the current location.
